La Longère

 

On the ground floor, you will find a very beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, opening directly onto the terrace.

The Marine Room , a ground-level master suite with direct access to the terrace, is composed of a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190). This suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a single sink and a toilet.

The house also offers a magnificent 70m² terrace with a 180° view of the Basses Vallées of Angevin. The laundry room, equipped for a long stay, includes a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Finally, under the stairs, you will find a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will discover the Lower Valleys Room , composed of a double bed (140x190). This room offers a unique view of the Basses Vallées of Angevin. The Emerald bedroom has three single beds (90x190). The configuration can be transformed into a double bed and a single bed. A large skylight illuminates the room. The two bedrooms are served by a bathroom , equipped with a walk-in shower.

 

Exteriors :

Enjoy a vast meadow, a 70m² terrace and a garden shed for storage. The sheepfold, recently restored in 2024, offers you a relaxation area next to the bowling green.

 

Regarding exterior equipment, you will find (non-exhaustive list):

Household linen includes: two towels per person, sheets and pillowcases, tea towels and tablecloths.
